No they didn't. Look at your link and the article I linked. Starting salary for the workers in that union is $20/hour. That equals $41,600 a year (straight time). The highest starting salary in your link (Hawaii) was less than that. Besides, the table is average salary...not starting.
Take a math class.Cannonpointer » 03 Oct 2024, 3:41 pm » wrote: ↑ 39 would come to 78k. not 81. That certainly sounds more realistic to me, for a union wage. I cannot imagine ANY trade union making 17 or 20 per hour.
I guess being in a union, they WOULD get paid for their vacation.ConsRule » 03 Oct 2024, 6:25 pm » wrote: ↑ Take a math class.
There are 2,080 hours in a year (52 weeks of 40 hours). $39 x 2,080 = $81,120.

Keep trying, eventually you'll learn how to read and do simple math.

My math worked. So I don't need a math class. Probably a sociology class.
Is your mom taking any classes? She could help me with my homework. In exchange, I would bend her over and drive her home.
I will have to look at that, because 17 to 19 for tradesman makes no sense to me.righteous » 03 Oct 2024, 6:58 pm » wrote: ↑ I JUST GAVE CONSRULE A LESSON ABOUT HIM FINDING OUT THE FACTS FIRST BEFORE RUNNING HIS MOUTH
LIKE MANY UNION JOBS THERE IS A RATE OF PROGRESSION, USUALLY 5 YEARS TO OBTAIN THE FULL PAY SCALE .Cannonpointer » 03 Oct 2024, 7:02 pm » wrote: ↑ I will have to look at that, because 17 to 19 for tradesman makes no sense to me.
I haven't dug into it - assumed it might self resolve, and I'm busy finding out the DEI negress isn't even 1% black - another lie.

No..it doesn't. Follow your own link and tell me the title of the table.righteous » 03 Oct 2024, 6:56 pm » wrote: ↑ I READ MANY ARTICLES ON THE TOPIC, KNUCKLEHEAD.
THERE ARE VARIOUS JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SALARIES.
ALL LONGSHOREMAN DON'T HAVE THE SAME JOB DUTIES AND ARE NOT PAID AT THE SAME RATE.
THE TABLE FROM ZIPRECRUITER LISTS THE STARTING SALARIES FOR THE LOWEST PAID POSITIONS.
YOU DON'T KNOW ****.
ONE DAY WHEN YOU GROW UP, YOU'LL LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK

THEY ARE AVERAGED ENTRY LEVEL SALARIES STARTING WITH HAWAII.
SOME SALARIES EXCEED THEIR RESPECTIVE RATES, OTHERS ARE LESS IN RESPECT TO THE JOB POSITION AND DUTIES.
THERE IS A FIVE-YEAR RATE OF PROGRESSION AND OVERTIME BASED ON SENIORITY
