On September 28, Georgia citizens filed suit in Federal Court against Brad Raffensperger, Georgia Secretary of State.Their suit demands Raffensperger follow the NVRA and Georgia law to maintain accurate, and timely registrations in Georgia’s voter rolls.The lawsuit seeks to enforce laws that protect Georgians’ right to vote from dilution.
