They come out of different buckets, each funded by congressional appropriations....it's not an omnibus checking account.

The swamp doesn't care about anything but themselves. They get in to line their pockets. White collar criminals that will **** you everytime.

Swamp's hatred for Americans isn't about the people, it is about what America was founded upon. Personal brain's liberty to navigate self aware over social mind's rights to perform like life isn't self evident globally.
Spiritual philosophies, political psychologies, economic theories, ancestral consensus of people following power of suggestion living isn't self evident time adapting as displaced daily here since birth.
Chain of command protects human rights to never accept time for all it has sustained daily life is never same details twice any 24 span left alive here now.
