Your significant back ground in oil & gas failed to teach you that retail gas prices can vary up to a $1/per gallon in areas, sometimes only a block away at the next station. Retail margins are only a small factor in the equation. Please tell me you aren't dumb enough to believe one station is making $1 more per gallon in profit.

Try getting Credentialed in common sense, you won't look like a fool so often.

We both already know the number and it has absolutely nothing to do with how much Zeets paid for a gallon of gas on some random day and place several years ago. Yet you insist he is a liar.

I probably shouldn't assume you know the answer to your question, so here it is, 2%(average).

Now you can answer the question as to why the gas station one block away is $1 more per gallon.
