Lyndon Johnson gave a speech in the 1960's bragging about how our military had the ability to control/modify the weather. They were doing this in Vietnam and used it to flood the Ho Chi Min Trail. He said "He who controls the weather controls the world". So this is not exactly new....

I don't think we have the ability to cause hurricanes, though...and if we did it would require a truly immense amount of energy. It would also, of course, be criminal.

IF there is narural stored energy up in those clouds that only needs to be released with a short burst of man made energy..then that might be how  unleashing a hurricane could be possible...?

I doubt the primary purpose of the release of SARS Covid 2 was to sabotage Trump’s presidency.

and maybe we can intensify storms 

but I’m not sure how a storm during hurricane season helps one side or the other 

this latest one is going to cross Florida
