harris does not take responsibility. trump sees people entering usa as a managed resource. usa needs workers, usa people do not want to do. central american workers want jobs. problem. harris refuses to manage the resource. trump loves to manage the resource. providing those entering jobs, and clean shelters. and making sure they get paid before returning to central america. government with-holding 50% of pay until they exit usa.
