Research shows that the black American IQ is, on average, lower than the white American.  Yes, research shows environmental reasons, but what about biology?

There is a concept demonstrating that an environmental change in an animal eventually changes genetics.  So, have blacks reached that point where their biology has changed?  How much of that lower IQ was nature to begin with?

There was a guy on here who used to post this research.  I could look this up, but am interested in good discussion.

I occasionally look at a shopper’s grocery cart. It starts off well for the colored shopper because they start with produce—watermelon, collards, and mustard greens. They then get chicken. These items have a good unit price.    

But then it goes downhill later when they load their carts with grape soda and Colt 45. Obviously not a good value all the way around. Just when you think it can’t get worse at the checkout—LeMongelo stop at the lottery machine and load up.

They look so much like the lower primates that it is practically illegal to call them monkeys but it's perfectly OK to call Whites monkeys..since Whites naturally are not insecure about our rank on the Evolutionary Ladder.
****** have walked the face of the Earth 50,000 to 100,000 years longer than all of the other races that eventually evolved FROM them.
Most of the evolutionary differences were intellectual / behavioral in order to adapt to the extremely different  environmental challenges in the northern latitudes of the world.
****** that remained in the jungles of Africa didn't evolve intellectually at the same rate, since they didn't need to adapt to anything new, "natural selectivity" had much less  to do with their intellectual skills and much more to do with their ability to run and jump.

even though they have spent 100,000 more years on Earth then everyone else. If no other races ever evolved FROM the Negro there is no evidence that anything of a technical nature would exist today.
