Is the Orange Conman going to update the quality standards of the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974?

Last time that happened IIRC was in 1996

We have clean air and water. All this Climate Change crap is ****. It's libs and dems that trash the environment. Look at their neighborhoods, they are ****. All the conservatives I know, take care to keep things clean.

During calendar year 2020, the number of active PWSs in the U.S. was 148,457. Seventy-four percent of the PWSs active in that year (109,902) had no reported violations of drinking water standards. Twenty-six percent (38,472) of PWSs were reported to have violated at least one drinking water standard in 2020.Sep 24, 2024

Not sure if raising the standards would change this much.
I haven't drank tap water for over 25 years.

Nobody with a brain or if they had no other choice would drink tap water. 

It would be nice knowing if this is actually an agenda or a mere talking point but I’m sure I have the answer already…
