KaKa is a dumb ****. That isn't the worst aspect of her attributes.
Being a stupid, vacuous, non-person doesn't make her inherently evil.
It's her selfishness and do/say anything to maintain her path. Not the people she represents...HER path.
If she could sprinkle a bit of "what's good for the country" in her ****,
