I'll need to sell soon. It's climbing, but the timing to sell is going to be tough. The dims stole this election like they did in 2020. So, once the election goes toward Harris, that's when I am selling.

I don't usually either. However, this is different. Some rare incidents in the market are predictable. For example, if a hurricane takes out certain areas, then it's a pretty good indicator that the hotel property stocks will tank. Not always, but it's a good bet. The election is a good bet.
