I was smoking a pack/pack & a half per day.
Initially I quit smoking while I was driving then at home everytime I reached for the pack of cigarettes Id look at the clock say wait half an hour..later try making hours.
Afew months of that I still wake up I dont sleep good afew hour here afew hours there.
But I stopped looking for the pack of smokes thats when I really beat it

China , India, & the rest of the "Developing World" will continue to consume increasing volumes of Fossil Fuels more than cancelling out what little changes we made.
