people of big cities pushing for people taking their own responsibilities!!! they are tired of the old song and dance. more police. and act without control, as you can always get an abortion. irresponsible acts are by far the #1  reason  for abortions. followed by lack for consequences if you get a girl pregnant .  this should be taught to all school children. rape = cut off of penis and prison time. get a girl pregnant = life time of child support. yes. the people of big cities want personal responsibilities taught and rewarded. not  harris/obama lectures of, go ahead and get pregnant, harris will abort the thing.
