I have sailed the Seven Seas in Harm's Way, I have patrolled the Rampart Walls of Freedom, I have more Ribbons than a Christmas Wrapping Station at Macy's, I have battled the enemy and own more Stitches than an Amish Quilting Circle. My name is Commander Mainedunce and I am now Missing in Action, secluded in a Safe Space, sucking my thumb and crying,
"Orange Man Bad".

He tripped over a rake during his one and only stint as a commander.  A shore command.  He has PTSD.
