Why should skin color or sex ever be a requirement for a job? It should be always who can do the job the best. Different types of jobs have different requirements. Some you have to be strong and some you have to have knowledge. Loyalty, honesty, dependability, attitude and skill are all that matter.

It's called a MERITOCRACY, and at one time in this country, it was all that mattered.

Then, unqualified, low-brow, undereducated. lazy liberal losers started whining about it, and were loud enough to get other liberals to agree with them.
