How does doing all that make them racist? Lol, I bet you'll just spew now! Also, 5000 decibels would deafen you.  At 194 dB the sound pressure is one atmosphere of pressure, which means the low points of the sound wave are at a complete vacuum. Because you can't achieve a lower pressure than vacuum you can't create a sound that is louder than 194 dB in the air.
