Before I read through the thread, I ant to make an easy prediction: 

He will do his 4 step evasion:

Step 1: Ask Veghead a question
Step 2: Veghead will respond to the question with a question.
Step 3: You will try to bring him back to the original question asked of him.
Step 4: He will accuse you of not answering his question while continuing to leave the original one unanswered.

That is great and true.  But doesn’t answer the question and it isn’t about that’s n Depending on where you are and what you are doing laws and rules differ on what is actually a loaded weapon.  We can all agree a loaded weapon in all definitions is that is ready to fire with one pull of the trigger.

But it ain’t that simple.  You of ALL people should know that.
