Since 2017, he has rarely answered a question the first time asked. Every once in a long while he will. When the planets are aligned just right, and the moon is approaching an eclipse. He will then possibly answer it the first time asked. Otherwise, he habitually evades and evades and evades. 

He is also predictable. 

@Blackvegetable  we both know your next move. So, let's save time. The rule applies to me because I answer other members questions the first time asked habitually...you don't. Thus, you break the rule, and I don't.
