Is it true that the pay out progressed with each round...?

That payout system alone encourages  "rigging".

True. It's sad. I used to box. I have always loved the sport. Unfortunately, the sport has become a joke.

Thank you, but I never made it professionally. I started 8 years ago. I loved boxing since I was in high school. I belonged to a gym that taught it. They had a real ring and competitions. I decided to give it a shot. However, since I prefer to do push myself, I only boxed people who were better than me. I had no interest in trying to get a great record or something. I just wanted to get good. So, I lost most of my fights, but I am okay with that, because I learned more. If I had later decided to fight people at my level, then I would have probably laid them all out.

Well you gained a lot of great experience...especially from challenging yourself to the max.
