Well yes....it would be great to "Bring It" 


US GOV and all of it's resources verse lawfare target # 1


We could just use "Lawfare" to hold him indefinitely, break his bank, lose his property and go deeply into debt. 

Then find a way to put the charges into a "pending" mode in order to break him again if he ever financially recovers
