while it's GREAT NEWS tampon timmy was sent back to MN, the new budget forecast sucks...
after pissing away an $18bn surplus, the forecast shows a $616 million surplus (downgraded from $1.7bn) in the first biennium to a whopping $5.1bn deficit in the next biennium...
