Why the intellectual 366th day every 4th year? because humanity's artificial time logistics added 3 minutes and 56 seconds a rotation to natural time living each 365 days all 4 years?

Too much intellectual time than genetics times apart generation gaps lived so far.

Wonder where the missing link of evolving exists when nobody accepts their current time alive is eternally separated as genetically present daily?
