If you or I paid an official off & they had edvidence you would be arrested ,booked in jail, and a prosecutor would present a case infront of a Judge & Jury in a courtroom.

In Congress thats different they call that "Lobbying" & K-Street very prominent in Wash/Dc .

Same thingy happens at State & Local level on smaller scale.

Anyways somehow the people who legislate laws decided they are exempt from the rules and happy accept "Donor Money" themselves but would have you arrested & prosecuted in the Court System.

I know alot of ya hate "Zero-Hedge" but please just read afew paragraphs here before ya criticize.

Trump talks a good line gets people happy but vast majority is bluster & window dressing

In the real world his hands are "Tied" & The "Establishment" both Dems & Republican are working & contemplating how they can protect their interests next year.

Look at 2016/2020 Trumps first term they found a way get around him.

Trump is also way too overly optimistic really belives roughly half what he says himself probably
