Your idiotic post CAN'T be refuted yet, fool, since Trump hasn't even begun to have the authority to do ANY of those things he's promised! But likewise, you can't claim he hasn't accomplished those things either! What we DO know for certain is that Biden and Harris have had FOUR **** YEARS to fix those problems AND THEY'VE UNQUESTIONABLY MADE THEM FAR WORSE!!! That much is no longer debatable, is it lefty?
But I have no problem stating right now that Trump WILL lower gas prices, WILL orchestrate the largest deportation of illegals in history, the inflation rate WILL drop and housing costs WILL get easier to manage once interest rates come down in just a few months as Trump's policies take hold, especially as millions of deported illegals will no longer be taking up the supply of homes or apartments.
I invite you to save my predictions alongside yours, and we can revisit them both in the coming months after Trump takes office.
Then I'll have the enviable pleasure of shoving your gloom and doom scenario back up your *** when it does!

In most mid to large cities out West.. the largest percentage increase in housing costs occurred during Trump's first term. As for why these housing costs are so high.. it goes far beyond politics in most places. So I can acknowledge that Trump is not going to be able to lower housing costs to a point where the younger working class can truly afford it. That would demand a decrease of 30 to 40% in median selling price.. not going to happen.

As of yet.. better flight times. When I first looked into this.. the earliest that I could get to Chicago (ORD) was 330 with the show starting at 530. And then still have to get to a hotel and then the venue. Toronto, can arrive by 215. Besides, more of a fan of the Toronto opener (Deftones) than the Chicago opener (Avenged Sevenfold)

Very much so. A lot of factors play into the price skyrocketing and why it is very unlikely to come down by much in most of the mid to large cities. If you want to live in Crane, Oregon.. then sure it will be affordable. Any recommendations on what to see or do? Only going to have one day for leisure. Arriving friday at 215 and then probably out of town by Sunday morning.
