In most mid to large cities out West.. the largest percentage increase in housing costs occurred during Trump's first term. As for why these housing costs are so high.. it goes far beyond politics in most places. So I can acknowledge that Trump is not going to be able to lower housing costs to a point where the younger working class can truly afford it. That would demand a decrease of 30 to 40% in median selling price.. not going to happen.

As a homeowner,  I want to see higher housing costs......it's good for the balance sheet.

Do any of us deserve Trump?  There are likely only a handful of people who actually deserve to have Trump serve as President of the US.

While I couldn't be more pleased to have Trump for another 4-year term, I have done nothing really to deserve this. Donald Trump, and his family, have sacrificed a tremendous amount of wealth and personal freedom to serve this nation as its President.  He could have had a very nice life in the private sector. He really gave all of that up.  He gave it up for us, Americans. His presidency is a gift to the American people. I don't expect this from Trump, certainly don't deserve it, but I am eternally grateful that he has decided to do the best he can for our nation over the next 4 years.

On that note, you need to clarify precisely how you think Trump will "deny meaningful healthcare" to anyone that's different than Obamacare, which Biden has apparently left you with while doing nothing to stop your whining over it for the past 4 years.  Do you deny that Trump has already fixed the most odious part of Obamacare by eliminating the purchasing mandate that Obama had attached to it?  So how can you justify such an idiotic statement that "Trump WILL CONTINUE to deny" anyone healthcare?  Or is it now your claim that Obamacare is and always was a complete failure, and you're dumb enough to now want to pin the blame for that on Trump, when Obama's puppet Biden had 4 years to appease you with that policy AND DID NOTHING?

It's typical of the laziest Democrats who vote based on what government pork they expect to get from an incoming president.
The difference I see is that Republican voters care more about what will be a greater benefit to the country as a whole.

OK, so you don't believe that Trump will restart building the wall, close the border to illegals, restart the Keystone Pipeline project, open up federal lands on shore, off shore and in Alaska to both drilling and fracking, all which Biden/Harris stopped?
Those are the main Trump priorities and filling those promises will lower gas prices, reduce inflation, mortgage and interest rates, and unemployment rates.  And he WILL continue to lower taxes, enabling you to lie about who will benefit from that once again as you did before.

Those accomplishments alone will make this term successful.
