I **** guarantee housing, food and gas prices all drop.

As a homeowner,  I want to see higher housing costs......it's good for the balance sheet.

My wife and I bought at the low point in the market in 2013.  Current median sales price here is 525K. We got our house for 128k and then sold for 410K. So it worked fine for our balance sheet as well. Just feel bad for the younger generation who do the right things and yet simply can't afford to live in town or really anywhere near it.

Never can be too prepared. From what you forwarded, may have to find a way to have a second leisure day. Cramming all that into one day sounds exhausting.
