With a $15 million lawsuit in the BANK, and a NEW lawsuit against the Des Moines Register, and MANY MORE lawsuits being considered by Donald Trump... the FAKE News is beginning to PANIC !!
President-elect Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against the Des Moines Register newspaper and its former top pollster, the day after he stepped up his legal threats against news outlets and said he would also consider suing social media influencers for defamation.
The lawsuit filed Monday night in Iowa's Polk County seeks "accountability for brazen election interference committed by" the newspaper and pollster J. Ann Selzer over its poll published on Nov. 2. That poll showed Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris leading Trump by 13 percentage points in Iowa. "Selzer’s polling 'miss' was not an astonishing coincidence—it was intentional," the lawsuit said. "As President Trump observed: 'She knew exactly what she was doing.'"
THEY, of course, SHOULD be panicking... as FAKE News Liberal outlets across the nation have been LYING about Donald Trump... accusing him as a convicted Rapist (NOT True), of being a Convicted Felon (NEVER Sentenced, STILL on appeal, and NOT True)... So, Look forward to MANY MORE lawsuits (and losses), and a lesson to Democrats and the FAKE News Media...

Its possible that they simply got a bad result but with no malice. In a poll.. it has to do with the weights that you assign to something. If you attach a higher than expected weight to something, it throws it all off. Not condoning but have done something similar. What would take all doubt of it is if they release the micro data and all of their methods.

A lawsuit assumes that the result was deliberate and malicious. That is going to be difficult to prove. Again, you can get a bad result and there be no malice involved. When I was with the state, we had jobs data a year ago where the numbers were doubled inadvertently. Come to find out, it was some genius in IT adding a step to the process thinking it would speed it up. It ended up duplicating every account. Bad result but no malice.
