A lawsuit assumes that the result was deliberate and malicious. That is going to be difficult to prove. Again, you can get a bad result and there be no malice involved. When I was with the state, we  had jobs data a year ago where the numbers were doubled inadvertently. Come to find out, it was some genius in IT adding a step to the process thinking it would speed it up. It ended up duplicating every account. Bad result but no malice.

WHAT Democrats are dealing with NOW is NOT that simple... THEY have been LYING to America for YEARS... about EVERYTHING !!  Now, the American people are beginning to put 2, and 2, and 2, and 2 together... and, AMERICA as a WHOLE... has had ENOUGH of LYING Democrats... and  getting a VERY NEGATIVE feeling about Democrats, about Democrat candidates and the ENTIRE Liberal, Progressive, WOKE agenda... AND... IT IS NOT GOOD for the Democrat Party !

Stephen A. Smith as part of his talk show the other day said is VERY succinctly...  Stephen A. Smith has always been a Democrat, but also has been about HONESTY, and INTEGRITY... BUT NOW, it's sounding like the Democrats may have a LOT of work to get Stephen A. Smith to EVER vote for THEIR candidates AGAIN, ANYTIME soon !!

1)  WHO was TRYING to prevent Republicans (and Donald Trump) from using Twitter to communicate with the American people?  WHO tried to justify SQUELCHING Freedom of Speech, by claiming it was to prevent DISINFORMATION... It's already killed when the obvious Constitutional conflicts brought outrage from the public, which resulted in a pause before it was implemented, and disbanded shortly afterward when liberal idiots knew it would not succeed if brought before the Supreme Court!

Maybe idiots like you should try reading the Constitution before you make your next effort to destroy the first and second amendments.  Or just remain the ignorant mope you've proven to be here.

I am only talking about the legal merits of the lawsuit. Trump is trying to prove that the results were deliberately altered. In a poll, you can get bad results without any sort of malice. To prove that it was deliberate and intentional is going to be tough. Why someone attaches x weight on something versus y weight is mostly subjective.

An investigation, which already may have been performed, and contains the merits of the lawsuite... may NO ONLY be a good idea... but proof and witnesses already in place ?  I cant imagine Trump would doing ANYTHING like this... without a GOOD IDEA. that he has a good shot, at winning...

He WAS... for your information, RIGHT about:

1)  The Mueller Investigation... which was a CORRUPT FBI witch-hunt... that the FBI KNEW was a fraud,
2)  The FBI FISA warrant debacle... where the FBI used ILLEGAL FISA warrants to spy on him,
3)  The EXTENT of the WEAPONIZATION and CORRUPTION, that the Washington Bureaucracy has been part of, AND
4)  That the Democrat Party was PART of ALL of it..
