1)  The Mueller Investigation... which was a CORRUPT FBI witch-hunt... that the FBI KNEW was a fraud,

3)  The EXTENT of the WEAPONIZATION and CORRUPTION, that the Washington Bureaucracy has been part of, AND

MUCH of it has already been PROVEN... in FACT... or, "for all intents and purposes"... AND THAT was why every time the Weaponized "LAW-fare" lawsuits were issues,,, Donald Trumps polling numbers WENT UP !!

The American public were WAY ahead of the CORRUPT Democrat Bureaucracy... and WHY Donald Trump is now the 47th President of the United Stares !!

and THAT is a COMPLETELY impartial assessment of where America, and the TWO Main political parties are !!

I am not talking about the four items that you listed. I only care about this specific item. You clearly do not know how polls are created. They are not simply a count of responses. You get responses from X number of people than attach a numerical weight to the results as a way of predicting what they will do when they vote. Witnesses... that is a tall order considering that there are very few individuals involved in this process. Proof... another tall order because you do not usually have meetings and a lot of documentation to decide on the weights. He does not have to win in order to make a point.

OK... then you ALSO know that "polls" can be easily manipulated... and if you OVER sample Democrats or Republicans, based on inaccurate statistics... THEN a pollster can make a poll say ANYTHING that they WANT it to say... HOWEVER, a knowledgeable pollster should NEVER make those kinds of mistakes... UNLESS they INTENTIONALLY WANT to...  So, when someone like this woman, who has been pretty accurate in recent elections.. who SHOULD KNOW how to do a poll... is THAT FAR OFF, and THEN, to retire immediately after... I don't believe for a SECOND that she THOUGHT the poll was correct OR accurate... and I expect an investigation PROVE that...

As for suing her?  Democrats have had NO PROBLEM suing Republicans for every single little thing... WELL, the SHOE is on the OTHER foot now... and unless the guilty pay severely?  The BULL $HIT will continue... and NOTHING is more cleansing than a Multi Million $$$ lost law suite !!

Well.. good luck proving that it was deliberate. Not a lot of bread crumbs. Filling in the blanks with "must have" or "should have" is not good enough. Proving that the lady input weight X when she should have used weight 1.05X  is a judgment call. Now if it was something like doing a tax return then the subjectivity is mostly gone.

IF you know that the sun rises in the morning... every morning.. and then write an article that TOMORROW, the sun WILL NOT RISE until 3:00 pm?  THAT would be STUPID !  BUT if your intention was to get 10 GULLIBLE idiots to act on your information, while you have some other ulterior motive for doing it... YOU COULD be implicated in FRAUD !

Most likely this will be forgotten by the next election. Folks have a short memory. The sun rising is an absolute objective fact. The weight that you put on something is 100% subjective. It is much like deciding how spicy to make your food. You may be right and it could have been deliberate. However, it comes down to proving it and in the case of something like this.. there are simply not many bread crumbs. This is not like proving that someone stole something where you find the item in their possession after the fact. Why someone puts a higher weight on variable X is not like that.
