This is a clear-cut case of premeditated murder. Period. Nothing more. The extra charge of 'terrorism' is a message from our government to us that they will take care of their own. So don't **** with them. Multimillion dollar CEOs of multibillion dollar companies have strong alliances with the government. The US government sending us this message is nothing less than a flagrant self-incriminating act of picking and choosing which Americans, are indeed, above the law.

I take it the concept of overcharging an accused to pressure them into accepting a deal to a lesser charge is foreign to you. Terrorism? Really? Come on. There is a myriad of offenses they could use to overcharge someone. Of course it is a crime. It violates the rights of the overcharged citizen, under color of law.
