It was Fat Alvin Bragg that brought the Terrorism charge, NOT THE FEDS!! And the Feds cases will take precedent over the State charges and likely will NEVER release Mangione to go to Braggs circus side show. MAYBE after he serves his full sentence, yeah, but Life or execution means Bragg loses.
