There are charges in 2 states Im aware of- PA and NY State. The Feds have their own set that will be tried first. Then if there is a "release" to take him to state courts, they get their shot. I don't expect that will ever happen. McVey was tried in a Federal court and they refused to release him to Oklahoma for their case. He was executed so there was no Corpus to hold trial with.

The point I am trying to make is the murder of CEO of the insurance company is sure getting a lot more special attention...EVEN NEW LAWS TO MAKE THE WEALTHY A SPECIALLY PROTECTED CLASS OF US CITIZEN.
