Plus, meskins eat a lot of cow tongue - one of my favorite cuts of beef. They drive up the price like crazy. We're talking 6 to 8 bucks a pound. Those have some excellent fat and collagen in them. That buck will never have joint issues. I just have ethical issues about eating swine. The pig is not in any contract with humanity to be a food animal. I mean, the damned thing got itself on the do not eat list of every major religion. He DOES NOT WANT to be in the pot. Beeves, chickens, goats - these animals will pretty much march to the slaughter house gates on your command.
But the big thing that kind of **** the pig over in the deal is bacon. I mean, we all know. Even kosher **** like themselves some bacon. They can pretend that mutton stands up to it, but who are they fooling? No one.
Me, I find that cow tongue sliced thin and refried is as close as it gets to replacing bacon. Many a time I've chosen tongue and eggs when bacon and eggs was an option.

I've never had better frog legs than I had in East Texas. I've tried em in Paris, and they sucked. The **** put em in some kind of tomato sauce - they were **** rubbery. In Texas, we flour em and fry em up in hot oil. They're tender and delicious. And very damned near as meaty as a chicken leg.
I'll tell you something else. I lived in Florida, and ate plenty of gator. But the very best gator I ever ate - hell, the ONLY gator I really ever enjoyed - was at Cooper's Seafood House in a little town outside of Scranton, PA. Y'know that show, "The Office"? That's where Jim and Pam always want to go - Coopers. But Michael always gets his way, and they go to TGIF.

Here’s how researchers determined the number of non-citizen, foreign-born voters made it onto the rolls in California:
Adding up these excess registrations, there are 3,797,202 of them in the current California voter rolls. According to the California Secretary of State in the 60-Day Report of Registration, there are 22,310,352 registered voters in the State. That suggests that 17% of the registered voters in California are illegally registered non-citizens.
So, how could this many illegal aliens and non-citizen voters get their names onto the voter rolls in California?
a large number of these registrations came from the online registration system, while many of the remainder came through the motor vehicle licensing system (DMV). Both of these are supposed to check citizenship and reject non-citizen applications. In both, however, the applicant has to check a box indicating they are non-citizens. If they don’t check the box, it is assumed they are citizens.
