Sucks for BV that Kaplan running his yap and claiming that Trump committed a RAPE will result in a COMPLETE OVERTURNING of Carroll's case!!
Seeing how StephyPOOLolous had to PAY OUT HIS *** for such a claim gives MORE than enough to cause the KAPLAN **** to be deemed a DEFECT in the case that is UNCORRECTABLE and likely to NEVER produce another finding of guilt.

“The finding that Ms. Carroll failed to prove that she was ‘raped’ within the meaning of the New York Penal Law does not mean that she failed to prove that Mr. Trump ‘raped’ her as many people commonly understand the word ‘rape,'” Kaplan wrote.
“Indeed, as the evidence at trial recounted below makes clear, the jury found that Mr. Trump in fact did exactly that,” Kaplan said.
