I don't give a **** why it's in quotation marks. The filing WAS NOT A RULING on the accusations made in the case. It was a ruling on the appeal by the Trump team on the size of the award. That is the ONLY thing it relates to. His filing DOES NOT change the verdict returned by the jury. No jury, in any court on earth, has ever found Trump committed rape. That is legal FACT.
