GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The man accused of shooting and killing Officer Michael Horan is in the custody of the Greensboro Police Department after being arrested near the Duplin County line on Monday.
According to warrants, Tarell Isaac McMillian, 34, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Officer Horan.
