I've always been about slashing the budget. While my first priority are 2A issues, the budget-bloat is my 2nd biggest issue. Israel can defend itself. And, it can pay for what it needs from the US, like every other ally of ours should be. Analog clock, actual stiff card, ink ribbon stamped, ka-chunk!, in and out, etc.
The only way to cheat is get a buddy to punch your card for you.

Ok, this would work if the punch clock actually spit out money like an ATM machine when you punched it...which wouldn't be a bad idea. I worked at a place once where I had to punch-in and punch-out on one of those punch-clocks.
