Seems there is a PROVISION IN LAW that says a MENTALLY INCOMPETENT PERSON cannot sign ANY legally binding document of ANY KIND!!

"Contracts, wills, and other legal actions are null and void if a party is mentally incompetent, as Joe Biden obviously is. The Congress and the Trump Department of Justice should investigate whether these pardons for depraved murderers are binding," Cotton posted on X. "Who is making these decisions and signing for 'Joe Biden'?"

And his OWN FBI investigators determined that he was MENTALLY INCAPABLE OF STANDING TRIAL on his CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT CRIME!!

So, all you need to do is GO TO THE SCOTUS, LET THEM PROVE HE ACTUALLY DREW UP THE PARDONS/COMMUTATIONS and signed them HIMSELF under NO COACHING OR CONSULTATION by ANY staff member(s).

OTHERWISE, none of it is legally binding OR WORTH THE PAPER IT WAS PRINTED ON!!

There is absolutely no person or court with the Constitutional authority to reverse a Presidential commutation or pardon.

Show me where the Constitution gives any person or court the authority to reverse a commutation or pardon (link to Constitution below).

The Constitution give the President plenary authority when it comes to those.

Article II, Section 2

"...and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment. "

Since nobody has tried to invoke the 25th related to Biden, his authority cannot be limited or removed.  Remember, state and/or federal law cannot change the Constitution.

So why does BOTH Federal and State law BOTH restrict the RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS, a PROTECTED RIGHT under the Constitution?? ie- a FELON can't possess a weapon of ANY kind- to name ONE of those "laws" you claim can't be so!!

We can go on if you like and the SCOTUS has ruled that those laws are MORE than valid and NOT an unreasonable act nor are they NOT prohibited under the Constitutional Amendment regarding GUN OWNERSHIP!!

Show me where he was found mentally incompetent.  The special prosecutor felt “at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”  Further,  “it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”  

For a person, legally, to be found mentally incompetent, they must be found to lack the mental capacity required to participate in legal proceedings.  That has not happened. Without that, and lacking any effort to remove him under the 25th because he is unable to execute the duties of his office, you are living in a fantasy world.  The commutations are legal and no person of court can do a damn thing about them.

You're delusional if you think any of the commutations can be reversed.

Laws that limit things like gun ownership address legal ownership.  Is it your position that nobody in the US with a felony on their record owns a firearm?  Simple question.  Many, many things that are illegal still happen because they are, for all practical purposes, unenforceable in the normal course of life.  They simply add another crime someone is charged with when arrested for a different offense.  It is much different when you are trying to change the authority of the President.  One branch of the government cannot reduce the authority of another branch without a constitutional amendment.  It would be exactly the same as the President signing an EO removing the oversight power of the legislative branch or eliminating the requirement of the Senate to confirm Presidential appointments.

So tell us, in your delusional world, when will the effort to get SCOTUS to overturn the commutations start?  The thread title says quickly.  Will it start on 1/20?  Maybe sometime in February?  Will it be at the start of the next fiscal year?  I have this thread bookmarked.  I want to be able to remind you periodically how delusional you are.
