Judging others? Gee, what a concept. That has to be done properly, you know.
The average person doesn't get the privilege because rules and exceptions make it complex.

Is giving someone a position when they aren't the most qualified candidate because of their skin color or sexual preference racist?  If you use the traditional definition rather than the definition whiny *** liberals morphed into existence, no.  Racism is the belief that one is superior to someone based solely on their race.  In my opinion, DEI is wrong minded, but not necessarily racist.
