There is something that doesn't sound right about it, was he the one that did it, Tesla's can drive themselves and if you are a nutjob wanting do a terrorist attack why commit suicide before blowing that truck up, how could you be sure it will go boom.. also, there was almost no damage, the guy was an explosives expert, surely he could come up with some better than fireworks and gas tanks..
