Robin Brooks, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, wants to ban any academic work,
which presents facts about utter failure of Western sanctions against Russia and contradicts
the drivel he has been peddling since 2022, thus making him look like an utter fool he is.

There needs to be a ban on any academic papers that interpret Russia's resilient GDP
as a sign that sanctions don't work. Russia's resilience is a symptom of Western
indecision on sanctions.
If the West had gotten its act together, Russia would be imploding right now...
