I've always wondered WHO owns the land these bum-camps spring up on? Any land I've ever owned, I would regularly get out there with dogs and a gun and patrol it for **** setting up camp. I'd have it bush-hogged to make sure bums couldn't set up camp. Never had a problem. could be vacant owners or the city owns them...
