He's afraid Bondi will investigate, cut a deal with one that doesn't love the thought OF prison, and exposes Joe's Biden Crime, Inc for what it is and then the BIG GUY gets life.

No he didn't. DOesn't mean any actions they took can't be investigated. It also means if they are investigated they can't invoke for the 5th.
