Hey if there is no time limit to prosecuting a person for murder, then how can a pardon prevent charges for murder ever being filed? Kind of same thing for embezzlement has a limit to prosecute of say 7 years. How does a pardon exempt those that did embezzle without being charged within that 7 year span of today?

This doesn't make sense which it was designed to do. Ruling elites banking on people of faith to stop pushing back and get back in line staying in their own lane following the suggestions of those embezzling their biological time away daily.

I not buying the media spin the Biden family is off the hook. this is just another ruse hoping everyone lets it go during the celebration of Trump back in office.

I hope Trump's DOJ challenges those "preemptive" pardons. I think the Supreme Court 'll **** all over them.

Exactly...has the definition magically changed?

A pardon is a government decision that forgives a person for a crime, relieving them of some or all legal consequences of their conviction. It does not erase the conviction but allows the individual to reintegrate into society without the penalties associated with their criminal record...

No, it only pertains to convictions, *******...

Biden was pardoning away evidence of crimes. Dead men don't talk, neither do pardoned men.
