So, do they automatically have all security clearances revoked on that basis?

leap of faith or jumped to inaccurate conclusion either way it is obvious you don't want to live without reasonable doubt on your side of any debate.

Who cares? They get out of prison and can start all over.

Look, Wilmington Delaware is by far top on this list!  Who do we know that lives in Wilmington Delaware?

And, Orlando Florida comes in a close second.  What's the Mouse really doing to all of those kids?

How are they accepting guilt? They may have claimed not guilty in court but found guilty. However, if they accept the pardon, then are accepting what the truth should have been in the first place.

Rational minds won't navigate beyond their soul saving social narrative to what ever franchise of we, they became today.

In the 1833 case of United States v. Wilson, the Supreme Court ruled that a pardon could be rejected by the convict. Due to the findings in the 1925 case, Burdick v. United States, it seems as though accepting a pardon is, in fact, admitting guilt. In Burdick the appellant was offered a pardon but declined it, also refusing to testify in criminal court. The opinion of the case given by the justices seemed to uncover that 1) a pardon can be given before a conviction and sentence; 2) a pardon can be refused, and 3) acceptance of a pardon implies acceptance of guilt.  https://courtmartiallaw.com/military-la ... mit-guilt/

That's just lame reasoning.

Some don't accept a pardon:

It’s unclear whether those pardoned by Biden would need to apply for the clemency. Acceptance could be seen as a tacit admission of guilt or wrongdoing, validating years of attacks by Trump and his supporters, even though those who were pardoned have not been formally accused of any crimes. The “full and unconditional” pardons for Fauci and Milley cover the period extending back to Jan. 1, 2014.

Biden pardons Fauci, Milley and the Jan. 6 panel. It's a guard against potential 'revenge' by TrumpThe heads of the Jan. 6 committee say they're grateful for the decision by President Joe Biden to pardon them “not for breaking the law but for upholding it.”

Last word in the quote. The corruption doesn't get corrected because there is a flaw in the laws being applie to character role playing people of defined character, not ancestors just adapting in plain sight as naturally eternally separated by the method of natural compounding chromosomes in streaming DNA replacement to speciic ancestors becoming specific ancestry each generation gap forward now.

this is why humanity cannot sustain a stable society for more than 3 to 10 generation gaps before imploding up on itself.

My experience around people who have had the higher level of security clearances is YES.  Sometimes you can get your clearances revoked just because you have been arrested... but it would usually need to be some sort of more severe, or espionage, or violent, and/or repeated type of issue.  BUT, long story short? If the WANT to... THEY CAN !   YOU work in a position, or have the clearance, AT THEIR Pleasure.

AND, if it looks like someone is going to try to resist, of subvert, or monkey up something that the Federal government wants to do?  THEY can pull it... It's JUST about that simple !

The Democrats seem to all have taken a crash course on how to obfuscate Congressional inquiries.  Better to have this hashed out in court where a judge can throw them in the tank for contempt.

Any fool would not accept it unless they were covering for someone or something else as I believe I read that once pardoned, you can't plead the 5th as it doesn't apply anymore if brought back into court for questioning...

Here's the deal.  Joe Biden has not pardoned himself.  PROSECUTE HIM and make all of those who got pardons testify.
