Hiring on the basis of the color of your skin or sex is blatantly racist. Dems love racism, they don't want it to go away.

Same goes for who I choose to rent to.
When it comes to government policy [and college admissions]...naturally we want to hire the most qualified regardless of race and gender.
DEI has proven to be a colossal failure and our standards have never been lower.
