I'll save you time. The reasons are exactly what you would expect. Unprofessional, unmotivated, incessantly late, disorganized, and can't speak in a professional manner. These are the college grads, not the high school grads.

Here is the thing. You know...things change. The work landscape isn't the same anymore anyway. With new technology that has come to light, especially AI, the mental paradigm of 'work' has shifted. I have gen z kids. Them and their friends are extremely motivated. They are just motivated to live life on their terms. They were raised by previous generations who were always under the delusion that you should work your *** off so you can make other people rich. They are telling the current environment to go pound sand with that ****. They will work their *** off to make themselves rich....good for them. That attitude is long overdue.

Look at who their parents were.....!
Many were the Nintendo Baby Generation that later morphed into the [[[MTV]]] Wigger / Dope Head Generation
They were among the first generations of children in man's history to spend more time indoors playing with Electronic Baby Sitters than developing their minds and bodies outdoors. 
They were also the most pharmaceutical drug popping generation of kids too.
Connect those dots and you got millions of "Squatchmans, Bsees and Bidencrimefamilies"  as a result

I do believe that Gen Z grads should work their *** off making other people rich.  For a little while.  Watch.  Learn.  Copy.  Make your self useful.  Then make yourself necessary.  Move up the chain of command. Make yourself necessary again.  Then...........leave.  By this time, hopefully you have made a network of a few trusted colleagues and start your own business.  Whatever it is, that should be the goal.  At some point, the right point, you quit making other people rich, and make yourself successful.  Then, you hire newbies to make money for you. 

We are all Masters and Servants. The only difference in 2025 America as opposed to 1700 England, is that family status does not have to define who you are and what you can become.  You are free here to define that for yourselves.
 

Look people aint what they used 2 be okay.

We have lost our freaking MINDS too .

But a better "Question" 2 ask how it get all this way.

There "Used" 2 Be a very simple & basic "Understanding" amongst people too

Won't stay on mission statement of the company, country, God. Professional citizens never accept life in plain sight as the show must go on, that is how reality rolls daily or else.

Serve the attitude of building better tomorrows than genetics sustains current population simply adapting to the moment so far. Trying to be an exception to living eternally separated today, 7 days an intellectual week changing days on a calendar between International Dateline and Greenwich Prime Meridian.

What is an instinctive end of the day vs an intellectual end of a day? <Rhetorical questions> where does the extra 3 minutes and 4 seconds per rotaiton of the planet get corrected while everyone ignores their body never staying same details twice since arrived a fertilized cell sociwety celebrates only date of birth?

But, as you said, define that for themselves.

Having a great paying job then leaving it each day to come home... Nothing wrong with that at all.

can be a "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence".

Mankind has corrupted last 400 generations gaps in a row with the idea genetics doesn't maintain eternal separation daily.

Why cannot we all get along? Everyone of character believes their soul will inherit the earth after death if they obey all suggestions now isn't eternity adapting to the moment here.

Better yet in preschool or the old Headstart program, if the children haven't learned their alphabet by 1st grade or cannot answer how life evolves daily, they repeat first grade until they do.

Academia has to stop training ancestors in the art of self deception daily. Religions need to be honest about genetics actually liming life to adapting as dispalced daily. P0litis needs to end psychological class warfare.

Economics must explain compounding chromosomes before defining compounding interest in monetary investments of equal opportunities to earn a living with artificial knowledge to keep the supply and demand working for every ancestral lineage each generaitongap forward daily.

Clocks and calendars are necessary to keep the supply lines matching genertions added one at a time.

there is no reason inflation ever happens anymore than deflation of a currency. Always limit income tax revenues to same compounding rates each ancestor earns in their own saving accounts. this would remove the necessity for medicare and social security taxes since each person would be resposible to create their own retirement since income taxes won't exceed the current rate on passbook savings.

That 10% or more drop on income tax per paycheck could then go to their personal IRA, or company funded 401k, or what ever the individual does to save that money to live off of when they reach the age to allow added generations gaps to earn a living their previous generation gaps did to sustain society as a whole current population in plain sight.

Middle class ancestral lineages is grandparents being the level playing field between 16 great great grandparent gap and arriving great great grandchild not old enough to work for a living supported by generation gaps 2, 3, 4 keeping the supply working for all 5 living same day each rotation forward now.
