Mexico already has 15,000 troops at the border and they aren't sending more.
That would equal 1MM people arrested and herded into make shift prison camps.
That would have most definitely discouraged all but only the most criminal Desperados from attempting entry into the USA.
Show us some news clippings that show what those 15,000 Mexican Troops accomplished during the past 6 years
