Not likely... Liberal Judges might file charges... but the President is the CEO of the U.S. Government... and has the AUTHORITY Constitute NEW Departments, Dissolve OLD Departments, and to MODIFY Existing Departments as HE sees fit... with the input of the responsible Department Secretaries, the AG, and ANY questionable areas will be up to the Supreme Court to rule on...

Trump has the House, Senate, and a NATIONAL Election Mandate (that includes decisively winning the popular vote & electoral college)... AND NOW, a 53% approval rating from the public (which was 46% on election day) !
NOT to mention that HE is taking action relating to COMMITMENTS he PROMISED America he would do during the Presidential election, AND THAT was to FIND and ELIMINATE FRAUD & ABUSE in the U.S. Government !!
Democrats, on the other hand, SEE the OVERWHELMING Fraud & ABUSE found so far (i.e. USAID, and 6.5 million people getting PAID by Social Security, who are 112 years of age... 6.5 million people 112 years old? ...NOT likely), AND THEY are DESPERATELY trying to STOP the DOGE Audits ?
Seems to me there is a HUGE disconnect between a GROWING Majority of Americans... and a more and MORE CORRUPT Democrat Party... AND YES...
