They do not hire one teacher. Test scored have gone down since they were created. All that money goes to government bureaucrats that don't so **** for children's education. That money can go to each state to be use for education. Unions are the devil.

they are pushing for no more academic proficiency requirements for the sub human standard NEGRO teachers and students that are dragging down our system......
oops I mean for ALL SUB HUMAN STANDARD teachers and students that are dragging down our system..........

End the dept of education. Just create an Education Czar with a SMALL staff that can go state to state and make sure min. standards are met.

If you start a new dept. in government and things get worse, why would you keep it. Other than corruption.
