It's a **** lawsuit.  The view-bitch was voicing an opinion - that she probably got hired by Trump because she's a "10".  Does anyone really know why Trump hired her?  Could it be because of her looks?  I sort of think it may have been a factor. Trump likes good looking people - not necessarily because he's attracted to them, but its a sign of success to him.

I can't imagine Trump ever hiring someone who looks like Jerry Nadler.Image

Did it ever occur to you that he hired for her speaking ability and her like political leanings?

Of course.  But, do I also think looks are a factor with Trump?  Yes I do.

Murdock, not every discussion requires that we take sides and try to win a point.  Sometimes, I like to take an honest look at something without trying to interject my political bias.  I am a Trump supporter through-and-through, and I like everything he is doing.  I think Karoline Leavitt is qualified for the job and doing a great job as well.

But, when Trump chooses someone to interact with the public daily on your behalf, is it unreasonable to think that he would want that person to also be physically attractive?  Do you think that, perhaps, there was a reason the Biden Administration didn't choose Jerry Nadler (or someone who looked like him) to be their spokesman?

This country is lawsuit happy.  And anyone can sue anyone for any amount of money.  I'm tired of it.  I don't think Republicans should be engaging in lawfare against View-**** who say stupid stuff every day.  For the most part, let them dig their own graves. The "view" that was expressed about Leavitt was just an opinion, one that likely has some truth to it.  Do we really need to do what the Democrats do?

ABC has no one to blame but themselves. Opinions damage reputations and there just happens to be an avenue to shut it down.

Since when are citizens of the United States not allowed to express opinions without being prosecuted or sued for it?

What changes between defamation of an ancestor and character assassination of a social identity never harming the gender playing the role?

What the country has seen in the past several weeks is the greatest improvement in the position of WH Press Secretary in history, by dumping an inarticulate, lying, LGBTQ feminist in favor of a brilliant, hard-working woman armed with facts who will not simply walk off the podium when she gets hit with a question she doesn't like!  And the press is learning that if you disrespect her, the policies that are being put in place, or the president that appointed her, you WILL get your *** handed to you on a silver platter in rapid and due course!

And the fact is that an undeniable reason that clowns like Whoopie and Behar hate her so much is two-fold; one, that both are the two most ignorant cretins on the planet compared to Leavitt, and two, she has the beauty and grace that neither one of those baboons have ever approached in their lives and spewing their idiotic rhetoric stems from their jealousy of that beauty, grace, and intelligence.

Karoline Leavitt is easily the greatest and most formidable WH Press Secretary we've had in my lifetime, bar none!!!

"Opinion" based libel suites go nowhere.  I see this as a waste of time and resources.

Looks are always a factor for the person giving press conferences regardless of party.

you maybe consider yourself an intellectual genius but you display yourself as instinctively insane never accepting all you been since your original fertilized cell. only acknowledging your time alive by anniversary date of birth when you eisted 0-9 months prior womb to atmosphere.

Inhabting space as an ever changing form shaped by your previous ancestral lineage of compounding half life reproductions that were your specific 2 parents50%, 4 grandparents25%, 8 great grandparents 12.5%, 16 great great grandparents that made up 6.25% of your 100% unique chromosome never the same exact as any other lifetime that did, does, will be dded until extinction of reproductions arriving as great great grandchild of previous 4 generation gaps 16, 8, 4, 2 arrived so far. All 16 could have been dead by the time you were conceived doesn't change the calendar of events in actual lifetimes lived in the last 120 years

Contextual recording or chromosomes results? I am watching her in action. I like how she does her job. Straight direct compared to the song and dances those asking her questions to journal daily events into history how they believe social life needs to evolve keeps going.

Cannot fix tomorrow midnight to noon not correcting today noon to midnight 7 days a week dawn to dusk, 52 times a year regardless which generations are still alive next month or next year, or next generation.
